If a flooring shipment is delayed due to force majeure events—such as tariff increases, natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, fires, hurricanes, tornadoes, tsunamis), acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, government actions, embargoes, labor strikes, or similar events—the parties will negotiate in good faith to extend the delivery timeline reasonably or arrange alternative solutions to fulfill the agreement.
Shipping Rates
Advanced Flooring strives to provide accurate shipping costs at the time of quoting and ordering. However, shipping fees are estimates and subject to monthly fluctuations. Final shipping costs are calculated when the material leaves the port, and invoices will be adjusted accordingly. Freight estimates are based on current rates but may change at the time of shipping. shipping prior to order, and then provide the actual shipping invoice prior to the material leaving our facility.
